Richard Spanner


Richard is a highly motivated and experienced Managing Director with an enviable portfolio of developing, operating and owning Hotels, Restaurants and Bars within the UK. Richard was formerly Managing Director of Festival Group which had an annual turnover of circa £80m and employed over 500 people within the core business. As Managing Director, he is responsible for the structured growth and financial performance of the group businesses.

Scott Weatherby


Scott is a highly motivated, experienced Director with a proven track record of management, developing and delivering structural growth for construction and development businesses within the UK. Scott has excellent commercial awareness and provides a personal, professional and structured service to the company’s clients. Scott has a wide range of experience and has built up a very impressive portfolio of delivery in both the private and public sectors with projects specifics in hotels, healthcare, education, residential developments and private housing. As Director of Estates, he is responsible for the asset protection of the group’s building portfolio, planned and routine maintenance inspections, refurbishment and the group’s development plans.
